Peach Crumble Pie

Crust:

  • 1 ½ Cup ZamLows Almond Flour

  • 1 Tbsp. (3 packets) Splenda

  • 5 Tbsp. butter

Partially melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds.  Add flour and Splenda.  Mix and press into 9” pie pan.  Bake at 350˚ for 5-6 minutes until set.

When crust is cool fill with Steele’s Peach Pie Filling! 

Topping:

  • ½ Cup Atkins or LC Chef Bake Mix

  • ½ Tsp. Cinnamon

  • ¼ Cup butter

  • ½ Cup Steele’s Nature Sweet Brown or White Crystals

Mix dry ingredients and add in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of peaches and bake at 350˚ until top is golden and filling is bubbly.
