Pasta Salad with Sherry Dressing
Dressing:
-
1/3 Cup Dry Sherry
-
½ Tsp. Italian Seasoning
-
¾ Cup Hail Caesar Zesty Parmesan Ranch
Mix all ingredients
well.
Salad:

1 8oz. Pkg. Keto Pasta Shells-cooked

1 Cup chopped tomatoes
-
1 8 oz. Can sliced black olives
-
1 6 Oz. Jar artichoke hearts
-
8 Oz. Fresh Mushrooms
-
4 fresh green onions, sliced

½ Cup Fresh Parmesan Cheese, grated
Mix 2 Tbsp. dressing
with pasta. In another bowl combine tomatoes, olives,
artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and onions. Pour dressing on top of
vegetables. Place the pasta on top of dressing.
Chill for several hours or overnight. Before serving, top with
Parmesan cheese and toss gently.
