CORNBREAD
½ tsp baking powder
1-
8 oz package cream cheese
3 eggs
2 tbsp STEEL’S NATURE SWEET WHITE CRYSTALS
½ cup Bob’s Red Mills Soy Grits
1/3 cup Bake Mix
¼ cup buttermilk
2 tbsp bacon grease
1 tbsp GRINGO BILLY’S SALSA MIX
Beat cream cheese with mixer until blended smooth. Add remaining
ingredients. Let set 5 minutes before using.
Have skillet hot with 2 tbsp bacon grease. (grease sides also or
can use muffin tins). Bake 375 degrees until center is firm. (If
gets to brown turn oven to 350 degrees)
