Fried Potatoes
6 Large Turnips (Peeled and sliced across)
1/2 Cup Bake Mix
1/2 Cup ZAMLOWS Almond Flour
˝ Cup Atkins Ketchup
˝ Cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
Soak in ice water for 1 hour. Salt and
pepper to taste.
Dip each slice in beaten egg. Then dip in 1 cup Bake
Mix mixed with 1 cup ZAMLOWS Almond Flour. Fry until
brown.
Serve with ˝ Cup of Ketchup mixed with ˝ cup of Duke’s
mayonnaise.
