Reserve 3 Tbsp. of
drippings from any of the above. Turn heat on high. Add 2 Tbsp.
Expert Foods Not/Starch. Stir until blended. Turn heat down
and add ½ tsp. Salt, ½ tsp. Pepper. Stir constantly. Slowly add 1
½ cup whipping cream. Stir until thickened. Serving size –1 ¾
Cups. (If gravy gets too thick add more cream.)
