Faux Sweet Potatoes
  • 1        Can Keto Sweet Ketato

  • 1    tsp.  Cinnamon

  • 1        tsp.  Vanilla Flavoring

  • ½   Cup Steel’s Nature Sweet Brown Crystals 

Cook according to directions on Keto can.  Add cinnamon, flavoring, and Crystals.  

Topping:

  •  ½ Cup Crushed Walnuts

  •  ½ Cup Zamlows Almond Flour

  • 2  Tbsp.  Butter, Softened

  • ¼  Cup Steel’s Nature Sweet Brown Crystals

  • 1 Jar Walden Farm's Marshmallow Cream

In a small bowl mix Almond Flour, butter, Crystals, and Walnuts.  Cut to form small crumbs.  Sprinkle on top of Ketatoes.  Bake until heated thoroughly and topping is lightly browned.  Bake at 350 degrees.  Just before removing from oven- add Walden Farm's Marshmallow Cream.  Add heat until melted.
