Caramel Apple Cake
1 Bernard Apple Cinnamon Cake Mix
1 ½ cups DAVINCI CARAMEL SYRUP
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix cake mix and syrup. Beat on low
with mixer until blended Pour into a greased 9x12 or two 8 inch
round cake pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from
oven. While cake is still warm punch holes around over top of cake
with ice pick. Boil for 1 minute—1/4 cup water, 2 tbsp Davinci Caramel
Syrup, 2 tbsp Steel’s Nature Sweet Crystals and 2 tbsp butter. Pour
over warm cake. Let cool before icing.
Icing

8 ounce packages of softened cream cheese

tbsp softened butter

cup STEEL’S NATURE SWEET CRYSTALS

tbsp DAVINCI CARAMEL SYRUP
1
24 ounce jar of STEEL’S APPLE PIE FILLING
Separate apple pieces from glaze in pie filling. Mix cream cheese,
butter, crystals, syrup and pie filling glaze. Spread onto cooled
cake. Use the apple pieces from the pie filling and place them on
top of the iced cake for decoration.
