Blueberry Cobbler
1 Jar Steels Blueberry Pie Filling
1 cup Pastry Flour
1 cup Steel’s White Crystals
1 cup Whipping Cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla flavoring
1 Stick Butter
Melt butter in a 9 x 13 Pyrex dish.
Mix the Crystals, Pastry Flour, vanilla, and whipping
cream.
Pour the Pie Filling over the melted butter.
Then pour the crust mixture over the top of the Pie Filling.
Bake at 325 degrees until the Crust is light golden brown.
Approximately 45 minutes to an hour.
