Sour Cream Bread
Ingredients:
5 Eggs
1/3 Cu Butter, softened
½ Cup Cream Cheese
¾ Cup Steel’s White Crystals
¼ Cup Steel’s Brown Crystals
1¾ Cup Almond Flour
¼ Cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
¼ Cup Keto Banana Pudding
¼ Cup Sour Cream
1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, cream cheese, White
and Brown crystals well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after
each egg. Set aside. In separate large bowl blend Almond Flour, Wheat Gluten Flour, Banana
Pudding Mix, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl mix Vanilla
Extract, sour cream, butter/cream cheese mixture and beat well.
Mix wet and dry ingredients with large spoon or mixer. Pour into
greased 9x5 inch loaf pan. Bake approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
