1 package Bernard’s Banana Cake Mix
½ cup STEEL’S WHITE CRYSTALS
1 cup water plus 3 tbsp. Crisco all natural vegetable oil
1 scoop Keto Instant French Vanilla Pudding
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg slightly beaten
½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
Beat cake mix, crystals, water, oil, egg, pudding, and vanilla,
only until all is mixed together well---Use low speed on mixer—Drop
a teaspoon full into well oiled miniature muffin tins—Bake 325 degrees
for 10 minutes or until center is firm-do not overcook. When they
are finished cooking they will be light in color—Makes 60-70 muffins.
