APPLE CINNAMON MUFFINS 

1 Pkg.  Bernard Apple Cinnamon Cake Mix
˝ cup STEEL’S LIGHT BROWN CRYSTALS
1 cup water plus ˝ cup Crisco all vegetable oil
1-scoop Keto Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 tsp.  Imitation vanilla butternut flavoring
1 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 egg slightly beaten
1 cup chopped walnuts 

Beat cake mix, crystals, water, oil, pudding, flavorings, allspice, nuts, and egg until all is mixed together well—Use low speed on mixer-Drop a teaspoon full into well oiled miniature muffin tins—Bake 300 degrees for 10 minutes or until center is firm—Do not overcook.  When they are finished cooking they will be light in color—Makes 60-70 muffins.
