MACADAMIA NUT JOYS
Ingredients:
3 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp DAVINCI SF CARAMEL SYRUP
5 tbsp STEEL’S NATURE SWEET CRYSTALS
12 macadamia nuts
Chocolate Coating:
2 low-carb PURE DELITE CHOCOLATE BARS
1 tbsp heavy cream
How to prepare: Place foil in small
tray or pyrex 3x6 (spray with pam first). Break chocolate into pieces
and add the cream. Microwave for 1 minute, until all is melted.
Take half of melted chocolate and spread in bottom of foil evenly.
Place in freezer to get hard. Mix together softened cream cheese,
coconut, syrup, crystals. Work in cream to make a workable dough.
Take pyrex out of freezer. Spread dough mixture out of freezer.
Place macadamia nut evenly over 6 bars with 2 nuts to bar. Spread
remaining chocolate evenly over top. Put back in freezer for 2 hours.
Cut into 6 equal portions.
