CHICKEN SALAD
5 chicken breasts
1 cup chopped dill pickle
3 tbsp dill pickle juice
1 ˝ cups DUKE’S MAYONNAISE
7 pkgs SPLENDA
1 tsp onion flakes
1 tsp curry powder
1 cup chopped ALMONDS
salt and pepper to taste
Cook chicken until tender. Cool. Chop fine. Add other ingredients
and stir together. Chill.
