CHICKEN PARMESAN

4 Chicken breasts
½ cup DUKE’S MAYONNAISE
¼ cup heavy whip cream
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 cup WALDEN FARMS ALFREDO SAUCE
Enough oil to cover 9” skillet
1 cup BAKE MIX

Place chicken breast in skillet. Brown on each side- heat oven 400 degrees. Place chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake 30-40 minutes, covered. Take off cover, sprinkle top of chicken with bake mix. Cook until brown on top approx. 15- 20 minutes.
