CHEESY BISCUIT CRACKERS
6 ounce cream cheese, softened
1 ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic
1 cup ZamLows ALMOND FLOUR
non-stick spray
For Biscuits: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Beat cream cheese with
cheddar cheese. Drop onto cookie sheet. Use tablespoon to measure.
Bake 10-15 minutes. Be careful not to let burn. Check every 30 seconds.
For crackers: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray with non-stick
spray. Mix as biscuits. Chill dough until stiff enough to form into
1-inch balls. (about an hour) Place ball on cookie sheet and flatten
to thickness of about a silver dollar. Leave plenty of room between
each cracker. Bake 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on the
cookie sheet. If like crunchy cracker, leave them on paper towels,
uncovered for a day or 2 to dry out.
Makes about 30 biscuits or crackers. The entire recipe is approx.
20 net carbs or less.
