BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER SALAD
1 bunch fresh broccoli, with stems removed
1 bunch fresh cauliflower
1 bag cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 lb bacon (fried- drained)
1 small shallot onion, diced
1 cup chopped ALMONDS
6 tbsp SPLENDA
Dressing:
2 cups DUKE’S MAYONNAISE
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp garlic powder
Combine broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, and onion in bowl. In another
bowl mix together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over veggies
and mix. This needs to sit in refrigerator for few hours. (It tastes
better the second day once dressing has time to marinate with vegetables).
