Broccoli Casserole
2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Soy Flour
1-Cup Heavy Cream
1-Cup Simonton’s Mild Cheddar Cheese- shredded
2 pkg. Frozen Chopped Broccoli (10 Oz)
2 Tbsp. Lowry’s Pork Rinds- Crushed
2 Tbsp. Keto Italian Bread Crumbs
Melt Butter. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add cream and
continue stirring until thickened. Add cheese and cook until cheese
melts and mixture is smooth. Cook & drain broccoli according
to directions. Stir cheese mix into broccoli. Put into buttered
2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with pork rinds and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
