Making Protein Shakes
When preparing a protein shake, use 6 oz of
water and 2 oz of heavy whipping crème. Throw in a few ice
cubes. Blend well.If it is not sweet enough, put in
a packet of your favorite artificial sweetener.
Instead of skim milk, use heavy whipping crème.
Foods need either fats or carbs in them to have taste. Skim
milk has no fat, but has sugars and carbs. On the other end
of the milk spectrum, heavy whipping crème has some fat but no sugar
or carbs. You can even dilute the heavy whipping crème for
your favorite low-carb cereal!
