SUGGESTIONS FOR HIGH PROTEIN MEALS

  • In making your protein shakes, they call to mix the powder with 8 ounces of water.  Mix the powder with 6 ounces of water and 2 ounces of heavy whipping cream.  Add a few ice cubes, blend and it makes a great shake.  If the shake is not sweet enough, add your favorite artificial sweetener (Splenda, NutraSweet, Sweet-n-Low, etc) to taste.
