BREAKFAST IDEAS

  • For breakfast, use the cinnamon raisin bread.  Toast it and put your favorite of butter or crème cheese on it.  Take it a step further, whip some eggs and make French toast.  Use some of ZamLows syrup for the topping.

  • Use heavy whipping crème versus skim milk.  You have to have fat or carbs in products to have taste.  If you do skim milk, it is low in fat but high in carbs.  Go to the opposite end of the dairy totem pole.  Heavy whipping crème has no sugar or carbs.  You must find a Grade A whipping crème, though.

  • You can dilute the heavy whipping crème for cereals or use the Keto powder milk mix.

  • Use heavy whipping crème for cream for you decaf coffee.
