SUGGESTIONS FOR BAKING

Make sure to check the label, but it is usually
better to use extracts versus flavorings.

The Steel’s sugar crystals are the first sugar
substitute that is the same weight and texture as real sugar.
It measures the same as sugar!
When you take the sugar out of something, you take the gum out
of it that holds it together. When you cook with the sugar substitutes,
they tend to liquefy not jell.
They also tend to cook the sweetness out. The crystals do NOT
do that! They are awesome to bake with! The packets are great
to sweeten with but not bake with!
